I just got this recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind, but so far the quality seems really good. I haven’t run into any issues or anything to complain about yet. Happy with it overall.

Had a small issue with my order, which annoyed me because it felt like something that should’ve been handled properly from the start. Customer service did sort it out quickly, and the person I spoke to was friendly and explained what I needed to do without making it a hassle. I’m happy they helped, but still, the mistake was on them and I shouldn’t have had to chase it up in the first place...

Stopped in and, most of the stuff I was looking for was in stock, which was nice. Didn’t have to run around to a bunch of other places, so that was a win.

I had a quick question about my order, so I sent them a message. They got back to me faster than I thought they would, and the person I talked to was helpful. It did take one extra email to get everything fully sorted out, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the service was good, just not totally perfect

"Nice overall, but the engraving is a bit light"
It looks good and gives off a nice, polished vibe overall. My only real complaint is that the engraving could be a little deeper, it’s readable, but the lighter look makes it feel slightly less premium than I expected.

From what I remember, the order confirmation came through quickly and had the important stuff right there, like what I ordered and the delivery details. I did have to look twice to find the tracking info, but other than that it was clear enough and I didn’t really run into any issues.

I had to get the scales on my knife replaced under warranty, and overall it went well. It took a few emails back and forth and a bit of waiting, but the support team was friendly and eventually got everything sorted out. My brother had warned me warranty stuff can be a hassle, so I was glad it worked out in the end

I’ve ordered from Victorinox a couple of times now, and overall the pricing feels fair. It’s definitely not the cheapest place to shop, but I didn’t feel like I was throwing money away because the quality is there. That said, some of the accessories and shipping costs made me pause a bit, since I hate feeling like I’m losing value on extras. I took off one star for that, but the prices were clear upfront and I never felt caught off guard at checkout.

"Glad I Didn’t Replace It"
I sent my old Victorinox knife in for repair i’m really glad I did instead of just giving up on it or buying a new one. It took a little while to get back, but that wasn’t a big deal since they kept me updated along the way. When it came back, it was working like new again. I would’ve hated to lose a knife I’ve had for so long, so I’m really happy they fixed it properly. Definitely a service I’d use again

"Still Holding Up Somehow"
I’ve had my Victorinox knife for years now, i keep wondering if I’m just easy to impress, but it still works like it did on day one. I’ve dropped it, taken it camping, tossed it in my bag, and generally not been all that gentle with it. Somehow, no issues at all. It just feels really solid and dependable.

I’ve ordered from victorinox a few times now and honestly... I’ve never had any problems. It’s one of those brands that just feels reliable, probably because they’ve been around forever and the quality is always solid. Delivery was fine too, no complaints there. Easy 5 stars from me.
